ModuVault accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, with free return shipping and no restocking fees. This page explains how returns and refunds work and how to start a return.

Return eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition as received (unused/unworn, unassembled if applicable).
In the original packaging.
With all parts, accessories, and inserts included.

Please include:

Order number
Item(s) you want to return
Reason for return (optional but helpful)
Photos (recommended for damaged/incorrect items)

If your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Return shipping

Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns within the 30-day window.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so the return can be properly authorized and tracked.

Restocking fees

No restocking fees are charged.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. If available, include photos of the product and packaging so the issue can be resolved faster.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval status.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund after it’s processed.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the simplest approach is:

Return the original item (after approval), then
Place a new order for the replacement.

Non-returnable items

We do not list “final sale” items at this time. However, returns may be refused if items show signs of use, are missing parts/accessories, are damaged due to customer handling, or are returned outside the 30-day return period.
