This Shipping Policy explains how ModuVault processes and ships orders, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and other important shipping details.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and is separate from transit time.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping options, transit times, and rates are shown at checkout and may vary based on the weight of your order.
5–8 business days
Orders 0–5 lb: $4.90
Orders 5–70 lb: $19.90
3–4 business days
Standard (shown as “Free” at checkout in some cases): Free
Orders 0–1 lb: $6.90
Orders 1–5 lb: $9.90
If multiple Standard options appear at checkout, the available rate depends on package weight and what you select at checkout.
We offer international shipping to many countries (including the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and others). International shipping availability, estimated delivery windows, and pricing are shown at checkout.
6–12 business days
May appear as Free at checkout depending on destination/order details
Some international shipments may be offered via carrier-calculated rates (for example, DHL Express or USPS services). Delivery estimates and costs are shown at checkout and can vary by destination and package details.
Duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
If tracking is available for your shipping method, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment/unit number if applicable). If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge additional shipping to resend it (unless the issue was caused by us or the carrier).
If your package is delayed, tracking is usually the fastest way to see its current status. If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or you have delivery issues, contact us and we’ll help:

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and the product so we can assist quickly.
In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately (for example, due to packaging requirements). If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each shipment when available.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be changed and will need to follow our return process after delivery.
