Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

How to start a return

To start a return, please email us at Support@ModuVault.Shop with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping option.

Return shipping

We offer free return shipping for eligible returns within the 30-day return window. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can ensure your return is properly tracked and processed.

Restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at Support@ModuVault.Shop with photos (if available), and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times vary by bank/payment provider, but refunds typically appear within several business days after approval

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, the fastest way is to return the item you have (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.

Non-returnable items

At this time, we do not designate any items as “final sale.” However, we may refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or that are returned outside the 30-day window.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, it will need to be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.
